COVID 19 CHANGES

We now have government agreement to offer holidays from the 4th July.

In light of the COVID crisis we have altered our usual changeover day and you will note from the availability calendar that it is now possible to start your holiday on different days.  This allows us to leave gaps between guests for deep cleaning .  If you can see the time period you are looking at appears available but you would like a short break or longer than a week please contact directly to discuss. 

We will be operating slightly differently to how we offered holidays prior to COVID 19 and we will be in contact directly with each guest wishing to book to provide more information about changes to check in and check out etc during this time period.

The prices shown are inclusive of linen and bath towels and are for the whole property, not per person.

The dates highlighted in bold and underlined on the calendar below are available dates. 

During COIVD we are offering guests the option to bring their own pillows however will be providing the linen for these as before.  We will be making up the number of beds for the number of people staying so please ensure that you make it clear on your booking what your requirements are, ie one double, two singles etc.

A security deposit of £150 is payable at the same time as the final balance.  At this time we are asking for the balance 2 weeks in advance of your arrival rather than  8 weeks (as set out in our terms and conditions) before the start of  your holiday with us.  The security deposit will be refunded to you within two weeks of the end of your holiday and will be re paid in full unless there is damage  to the property or its contents.  This sum is in addition to the holiday prices shown on our website.

We prefer to take  payment by bank transfer however we do accept all major credit and debit cards (except American Express) and you make payment via an online link in your email confirmation once your booking is accepted.
