COVID 19 CHANGES
The government guidance and rules about holiday is constantly evolving as we know. The mixing of more than one household has been subject to previous government restrictions and we can take no responsibility for these being imposed again at the time of your holiday. Please read our terms and conditions carefully to ensure that you are booking with the knowledge that we may be unable to allow the mixing of more than one household if similar restrictions are imposed in the future.
We will endeavour to keep this page updated with the current information however we will be in contact with anyone wishing to book a stay with us to ensure that we, as responsible owners, are complying with the rules and regulations. This will involve taking details of all the guests wishing to stay at the point of the booking being made .
IMPORTANT UPDATE FROM 22nd February 2021
England continues to be in a nationwide lockdown and today an updated “road map” out of the lockdown has been provided. This details that the restrictions on taking a domestic holiday will remain in place at least until the 12th April 2021. We have blocked the calendar off until that date as a result. The intention is to allow domestic overnight stays in accommodation such as ours no earlier than 12th April and these will be restricted to single households only. The government have said that it may be possible for more than one household to take a domestic holiday together after the 17th May (at the earliest}. Please bear these restrictions in mind when requesting a stay with us. We will continue to update the website in line with government rules and regulations going forward.

The prices shown are inclusive of linen and bath towels and are for the whole property, not per person.
PLEASE NOTE THAT IN 2021 WE ARE ONLY TAKING BOOKINGS FOR FULL WEEKS
The dates highlighted in bold and underlined on the calendar below are available dates.
During COIVD we are offering guests the option to bring their own pillows however will be providing the linen for these as before. As a temporary measure and in line with our COVID 19 cleaning protocol we will be making up the number of beds for the number of people staying so please ensure that you make it clear on your booking what your requirements are, ie one double, two singles etc.

A security deposit of £150 is payable at the same time as the final balance. The security deposit will be refunded to you within one week of the end of your holiday and will be re paid in full unless there is damage to the property or its contents. This sum is in addition to the holiday prices shown on our website.
We prefer to take payment by bank transfer however we do accept all major credit and debit cards (except American Express) and you make payment via an online link in your email confirmation once your booking is accepted. NB this email will come from our booking system Bookalet so please check all email folders.
